The current exchange rate makes it extremely favourable to off-line and post produce your films in South Africa. A choice of impressive post-production facilities is available in Cape Town and Johannesburg, with experienced operators and the latest equipment including Flame, Inferno, EQ and IQ for online compositing and 3D CG primarily using Maya. Our Kodak approved labs are open 24 hours a day except for Christmas! Telecine options include URSA Gold, URSA Diamond and Spirit with grading on Da Vinci.

Land Holding, Saudi Arabia – Jorge Malpica Director Jorge Malpica (Metro Productions, Mexico City), working in collaboration with VIP Films from Dubai, shot and finished two extremely beautiful and post intensive commercials with us for 'Ajmakan' and 'The Land Holding' ( click to view ). Jorge's lyrical translation of the agency's vision yielded two very distinct and remarkably eye-catching commercials, which were heavily posted with Voodoo ( click to view reel ), in Cape Town. We worked closely with Voodoo throughout the production process to ensure the smoothest possible flow through pre-production to post for these multi-layered commercials. Happily we were able to include the very gifted DOP Vicci Turpin, from South Africa, on those films.

Mobily, Saudi Arabia – Duncan Robson Medain Saleh (click to view) and Mekkah (click to view) commercials co-produced by The Network for the same region were also finished in Cape Town by Voodoo and Condor. These commercials, two of twenty two, were directed by Duncan Robson for Y & R Riyadh's campaign for the Mobily telecommuncations network in Saudi Arabia; with a heavy reliance on motion control, time lapse, and the FlyingCam system for over 50 shooting days.
