Ragnar spent two years in Los Angeles where he worked as a freelance director of photography. When back in Iceland in 1999, he focused his career on directing and is now recognized as a highly productive and visual director. Ragnar has directed commercials for companies such as Spron Bank, Baugur Group, Nissan, Subaru, Mitsubishi Pajero and Toyota.
